Practice mindfulness with a caregiver, friend, or yourself to help relax your body and mind!

1.  Find a quiet place where you can focus.

2.  Get into a comfortable sitting position, close your eyes and relax. Take a few deep breaths to release the tension in your body.

3.  Notice your thoughts and gently let them go, returning yourself to the moment.

4.  Keep breathing deeply, focusing on the sensations you are feeling in your body.

5.  Return to your day, feeling relaxed and refreshed.
