Drawing and writing are powerful methods for making sense of your feelings. 

Practice mindful creativity with a caregiver, friend, or yourself!

1. Find a pen or pencil and a piece of paper.

2. Sit comfortably and relax your body. Let your pen or pencil glide on the paper and give yourself a moment to explore. 

3. Notice your feelings.

4. Write down or draw three things that bring you joy.

5. Write down or draw one thing that may be causing you stress and identify someone who you can talk to about this.
