Use the handout shown below to complete the activity.  

1. On scratch paper, draw the visual and write the number that each visual represents.
2. What do you see in the number visuals? Do you notice anything about the way numbers are shown? 
3. Look for interesting patterns.  You may find it useful to use colors to highlight them.
