Instructions

If you can print the handouts below, cut the squares and use them to create rectangles.  It may be helpful to use one color for the edges of the rectangle and the second color as the middle of the rectangle.  Feel free to move the pieces around to come up with your answers. 

If you can't print them, try the following:

  1. An electronic version of the activity that does not require printing: click here
  2. Hand draw squares (they don't need to be perfect!) and cut them out OR just draw the squares on paper in different rectangular shapes. 

Answer the challenge questions from the handout by using the paper squares.
