
The Foundations in Early Education: CLDV-30 and CLDV-30L class is taught in a combination of classroom development and curriculum planning. In addition it included a hands-on lab experience in which students work in a supervised early childhood program with children from six weeks to 36 months. Course content examines essential policies, principles, and practices that leads to quality care and developmentally appropriate curriculum for infants and toddlers. Students have the opportunity to earn up to 6 units of Merced College credit in Child Development.
